Design sampling instructions:
After the initial design draft is completed, if you have any comments or suggestions, we can help you modify it for free until you are satisfied. However, once the design draft is confirmed, we will no longer provide free modifications.
After the design draft is confirmed, it will enter the sampling process. If the actual effect after sampling does not meet the expected design effect, we can help you remake it for free until you are satisfied. However, we will no longer provide free remake after the sample is confirmed.
If the overall effect of the color box does not meet the contract requirements, after appraisal and verification, it can be negotiated and refunded due to our design ability and technical level not meeting your requirements. If it is an unreasonable request, it will not be accepted.
After confirming the design sample, no further modifications will be made. If modifications are required, they will be charged again according to the relevant fee standards. For details, please consult the project leader. Local adjustments can be made without changing the existing materials, process structure, dimensions, and production costs of the color box packaging. After the contract is signed, production and delivery shall be carried out according to the confirmed samples by both parties, and payment shall be made for delivery in accordance with the contract agreement.
