LUKKA INTERNATIONAL GROUP’s manufacturing base is located in Qiaotou, Dongguan, a famous town for environmentally friendly packaging in China. The company has devoted all its efforts to build the LUKKA Environmentally Friendly Packaging and Printing Industrial Park. The project is developed and constructed in two phases. The first phase covers an area of 160 mu, with an investment of 680 million yuan, aiming to build the largest “Packaging Printing + Internet” industrial park in Guangdong. The park has a 100,000 square meter automated production base and sewage environmental protection projects, a design center, a printing art R&D center, etc.

Our Facilities
Packaging plant
The packaging plant is a steel structure loft with a construction area of about 15,000 square meters. The main equipment includes one Xiexu 2.5-meter intelligent wide-width high-speed double-sided corrugated cardboard production line (the speed can reach up to 250 meters/minute), two 2.5-meter high-speed single-sided corrugated cardboard production lines (one each for B/E pits), two 1.6-meter single-sided corrugated cardboard production lines (one each for F/G pits), one fully automatic pulping machine, fully automatic finished product/semi-finished product logistics transportation lines distributed throughout the workshop, two French Martin four-color ink printing machines, one TCY four-color ink printing machine, a fully automatic waste paper baler and several other supporting equipment.

Printing plant
The printing plant is a five-story steel structure loft. 1F: CTP platemaking, offset printing, and surface treatment workshops, the main equipment includes 1 each of Screen/Kodak CTP platemaking machine, 13 KBA/Heidelberg/Mitsubishi printing machines, and multiple surface treatment machines such as fully automatic UV machine/fully automatic laminating machine/automatic hot stamping machine; 2F: Color printing post-processing workshop, the main equipment includes several fully automatic paper mounting machines, fully automatic beer machines, fully automatic beer hot stamping machines, and fully automatic box gluing machines; 3F: Books and periodicals, boutique workshops, the main equipment includes 1 Martini A7 glue binding machine, one each of Heidelberg saddle stitch machine/Heidelberg folding machine, 4 Hongming fully automatic box making machines, and several fully automatic threading machines/semi-automatic box making machines/fully automatic corner pasting machines/fully automatic slotting machines/bubble pressing machines; 4-5F: Finished product warehouses for color boxes, books and periodicals, boutique boxes, and gift boxes.
Warehouse area
The base paper warehouse is a one-story steel structure with a construction area of approximately 11,000 square meters. It can store approximately 15,000 tons of base paper and is equipped with a 100T floor scale, 4 automatic paper sorters, 5 electric forklifts and a fully automatic logistics line. Flat paper can be automatically delivered to the printing workshop, base paper can be automatically delivered to the packaging workshop and the remaining materials can be recycled.
